1. Provider

2. Orders

By placing an order through the site, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods at the displayed price. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment by debit/credit card via V-POS.
• Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa, Mastercard and bCard.
• Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programs.
• We do not store data on bank cards used for payment through the site.
• If it is necessary to return an amount paid by bank card, it will be refunded to the same card.

7. Warranty & Liability

Statutory two-year conformity guarantee applies to consumers under Bulgarian law. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these terms. The current version always applies and is dated above.
